Jessica Parker, LAC, MTCM has a diverse background including a broad range of experience in the healing arts, Chinese language and expertise in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Her interest in Chinese medicine began during her year-long stay in China where she studied Chinese Language and Cultural Studies at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou. After returning to the United States, she continued her education in Nutrition and Human Anatomy. During this time she began studying Chinese medicine under Misha Cohen, LAC, OMD.

She went on to pursue a four-year Masters Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA. During the course of her studies, Jessica spent three years interning with Dr. Maureen Rozenn, LAC, DAOM, FABORM. She learned protocols for Hepatitis C, Liver Detoxification and Holistic Pain Treatment. She also has extended training from the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) at Janus Rehabilitation Center in Santa Cruz, CA. In 2008, Jessica traveled back to Hangzhou, China to complete an advanced internship program at the Zhejiang Medical Hospital specializing in Dermatology, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and Orthopedics.
