Kasha Forgette, Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Massage Therapist
Kasha Is a California state licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. She completed her Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California with emphasis in Chinese herbology, trauma/orthopedics, Five Element Acupuncture, and gynecology.
In addition to her education in the United States, Kasha traveled to Hangzhou, China for an internship program at the Zhejiang Chinese Medical Hospital. In China she studied internal medicine, gynecology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, and Tui Na. Kasha is currently learning Classical Chinese and Japanese acupuncture under Dr. Maureen Rozenn LAC, DAOM, FABORM.
Kasha has found that her 15 years of experience of bodywork, apprenticeship, and studies abroad have been pivotal in shaping her as a medical practitioner. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to her patients, tailoring each session to best suit their needs. When appropriate, she enjoys helping people change their lives through diet and lifestyle choice, providing recipes, exercises and nutritional advice.
